The proud owner, Mr Felix Tee passionately puts it as one project that need high intense knowledge of everything you do at Casabrina. Yoka Sara himself spent many lonely hours tucked up in the hills alone to listen to what nature wants before the inception of the design for Casabrina on the drawing board.
The last time I visited Casabrina was about 3 years ago. Meeting Mr Felix Tee again at Casabrina showed signs of life that is all well and fitting. The two completed villas sit beautifully and naturally with the environment made for Casabrina. Felix talked enthusiastically about how it all began, the contruction of the villas, the materials used, the timber and of course, his well-being living there. Ever heard of anyone growing gracefully from white hair to black? Ask Felix, the man himself.
