Hill villa, sea villa, garden villa and now….pool villa. Great idea and I love it. The attached image of the pool at the pool villas designed by Bill Bensley is enough to impress any visitors. The villas are connected by a swimming pool like an open path. Comically you may ask some attractive neighbour like, ” May I swim you home?”. Sounds good.

The Pool at Pool Villas.
To maintain such a large size pool can be troublesome. Though in today’s market, there are possibly any type of equipments available to make maintenance work easy, but one pressing issue is still the application of chlorine in swimming pools.
Living in a villa with such close proximity to a swimming pool with the application of chlorine do raise a question…does it post any health risk? No. For most guests, the period of stay is short term. Besides, if there are chloroform gas emission from the pool, it disintegrates into the air rather quickly. There is no way the gas to stay long enough in the air for you to breath constantly and continuously through out the day.
What happens if such pools are there to stay permanently in your home? The other question is why some countries banned the used of chlorine application in swimming pools?

Feel like stripping myself and jump into the pool. US1800-3000 a night villa.
Why worry about health risk when such pool villas are at your disposal? First, learn to enjoy life. The pool villas at St Regis is a must for those who love leisurely pace of life. I will book for weeks and dip into the pool with no guilt. Congratulations Bill!
What’s next?
Just heard that in US there are villas designed for pet dogs. I would like to call it Gilla.
