Last month I turned 50. Just like being born again. All will soon to start a fresh and re-brand to suit this ‘new age’. I am more energetic in the mind, more fresh in thoughts and hunger for more to achieve. Well, what have I achieved after 50 years on this grey EARTH?
Nothing.
I have to start all over again at 50. At this age, one is more ready, calm, steady and prepared but at the same time, I am also slower, weaker vision, jelly heart, fragile and of course nearer to the grave.
Let’s start all over again but not to repeat the last 50 years as the next 50 (could be 50 days, months and if God forgets, then years) will be more challenging.
So, at 50, I will be Ng Kok Hong, the waterscape ecologist and a landscape designer-artist. I shall need all that I have to move on… my 10 fingers, 2 strong legs, a thinking head and more more computer screens plus all my books for reading and pencils for sketching.
….a more serious life-story drama to be published soon about my past and presence in a new blog site. It will be written without fear or favour.
