My team has been busy working night after night at the ponds by the lobby. They looked tired but tonight, they will have to finish the last part of the bio-filter system installation. The completed ones are perfect. Crisp clear water and with no chlorine application since.
Before the bio-filter installation, they were installed with conventional chlorinated system for swimming pools. About 1.5 ppm of chlorine was applied 3 x a week. The bottom needs vacuuming and again no guarantee of crisp clear water if such maintenance operation was not done. But it was too much for the maintenance team if they have to compare to other ponds with our NSM bio-filtration system. From now on, no chlorine will be applied. Possibly no maintenance too for these ponds.
