Ayer Matahari, the contrasting elements of primary essence of life..water and sun. Formerly, it was called ‘Lakescape Integration’, a company mostly provide services on water-based features especially pond and lake design and management.
Ayer Matahari Sdn Bhd today is more diversified. It has extended its services into art and sculpture design and supply. Ayer Matahari also does landscape park and feature design.
If I were to track back to our humble beginning, it all started with a small aquaculture company working on fish hatchery producing fish fries (small young fish). Then, the company was called ‘Nekton Enterprise’.
We moved to a bigger fish nursery project, a take-over from a Singaporean owner and it was then ‘Randco Sdn Bhd’. It was a 10-acre fish farm.
Further from there, we then acquired a 50-acre farm and started a freshwater prawn farm. We had a hatchery and produced millions of prawn frys. Here, I started to work on garden pond design with our bio-filtration system application.
Then in 1994, I decided to change clothes and moved seriously into pond design and management whereby ‘Lakescape Integration’ was registered.
During our begining in the cave-man period, the time of Nekton Enterprise until today’s Ayer Matahari Sdn Bhd, I have one thing in common in my tasks and never abandoned. The application of the bio-filtration system from fish hatcheries to garden ponds.
Today, the application of the bio-filtration system for the improvement of water quality anywhere is still our pride and strength. We are gradually extended our services regionally especially to Indonesia and Thailand.
